As Founder and Director of T.K. Old Homes, Ken Old leads the team with decades of industry expertise, guiding projects ranging from bespoke new homes to premium multi-unit developments. With his son Andy as General Manager, the business remains proudly family‐run. Andy brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience, adding depth, practical insight, and technical strength to every build.
